Don't do it! You're still young. Don't say you haven't been warned!!! I've lived here two years and I'm so glad to be out awhile ago. I lived the second year only because I couldn't find another place in time. Here's my complaints:

1) Floors squeek like hell. I've lived in two units and both do it. If you happen to have kids on top of your building who run around, good God, you better have ear plugs or never be home. It's frikken horrible. Walls are thin and you can hear jerks playing loud music at all hours of the day and night.

2)Jerks perking over the white lines so you can't park. The tow company won't tow someone unless they've actually parked in your parking spot too! Parking for visitors is also VERY bad. If you come home after 8 PM, you better look for a place to park on the street, if you can find one, that is. Your only chance is to pay $15-$20 bucks extra a month for a dedicated covered parking spot, or $75-$85 bucks for a small garage.

3) The old manager, Ruby, was good. She actually took care of business. The new manager doesn't have balls to do anything, and she's never in her office. Half the business day, you'll see a sign saying she'll be back at so and so (which she never does come back on time).

4) Kids all over the damn parking lot, not giving a care if they scratch your car. Kids purposely playing with rocks and sticks and doing all sorts of things you do not want your own kids to do.

5) Some Russian kid who lock picks the mail boxes in broad daylight (and who knows what he does at night). If you're missing your mail, it's probably not the post office's fault.

6) Kiss your deposit good bye. If you're stupid enough to live here after reading this, you better ask for a free month so that will make up for your lost deposit and the hours of your life you can't get back.

Perhaps the only good thing about this apartment complex is that there's a washer and dryer.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! MANAGEMENT IS NEVER THERE, ALWAYS A SIGN UP SAYING SHE'LL BE BACK AT A CERTAIN TIME AND DON'T FOLLOW-UP TO IT...WALLS ARE PAPER THIN, very low grade carpeting, Bad ass kids everywhere, it seems I'm in a non-english speaking community. Ruby was awesome and was very friendly! WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T MOVE IN...GLAD MY LEASE ENDS SOON!!!!
