In my first six months, the management was great. When I had a neighbor continually harass me and was told there was nothing the management could do. I had heard from other neighbors that this person was continually unreasonable. Both my car and my apartment were broken into, again... there was nothing the management could do. Break ins are quite common at Waterhouse, as a single young woman I wouldn't recommend living here unless you own a gun, or a very large dog.. which isn't allowed anyway. Upon move out I was charged over $500 in cleaning fees. To give me proof that my apartment wasn't clean, the staff emailed me a picture of a door stop on the kitchen counter. A year later I am still fighting them and do not intend to pay. Don't live here unless you have good insurance and are willing to have your property either stolen or damaged.
