I have lived at Waterhouse almost two years and the only reason I'm still here is my lease is up in January. This place is the pits. The office people could care less about any of us. I've complained about my neighbors a million times and nothing has happened. If it's not the loud music, it's the wack job playing video games. If you have an emergency late at night, good luck in someone coming. And when the maintenance department does show up, you'll spend the rest of your time cleaning up the mess they make. Stay away from this place. There are so many more apartments in the area that actually want consistent business. I've talked to other tenants and no one wants to stay. Every weekend there are more vans moving out than moving in, but there are signs all over the place offering money for new leases. It is sad.
