I have a very nice 2 bedroom townhouse, and fell in love with the view! The Pool, and central garden are wonderful. I have not ever noticed any noise from my downstairs neighbor, and only can hear the fan next door running at times. My neighbors all seem very courteous and quiet. Parking is sometimes irritating, due to lack of available spots near your front door, but they say walking is good for a body--so do it! Speaking of walking, the trails nearby are fantastic and lighted and paved. If ever urban sprawl meant easy excercising-this is it! I love Waterhouse Place!
