I have lived in Waterhouse Place for over a year now and am SO excited to move out. I love the floorplan in my apartment, but there are definitely some problems. It doesn't get a whole lot cheaper for a two bedroom townhouse, and now I know why. I can hear EVERYTHING that my neighbors do. From phones ringing, to going to the bathroom, typing on the computer, chopping food, TV, and the list goes on and on. I work nights and the noise level during the day isn't too bad, but not quiet. My kitchen is very small, but I could live with that. The balcony is AWFUL! I can barely fit my BBQ out on it and it slopes away fromt the building. You can't sit out there because you would just be looking at the railing. The wood is warped, the paint is chipped and it is ugly. I haven't had any problems with the office, except that they didn't let me know about a package once. Otherwise they were always friendly. I had a garage so I can't speak to the parking situation, but I know that there are no open spots anywhere close to my apartment for guests to park in. It seems that there is a notice of a car break in or other crime about once every 2 months. I wish I had better things to say about Waterhouse Place, but I can't think of any.
