- Currenct residential Manager Sucks, she has no clue what the hell she is doing and just money hungry!

- Beware they will invade your home without your knowledge when you are at work for inspections. If you want your home to be invaded while you are away or while you are sleeping at home, welcome to waterhouse place.

- They will trap you inside while painting the exterio and keep dragging the one day paint job for weeks, and if you call them ask about it, they will just blow smoke.

- When I moved in the apartment , it was in bad shape, old carpet, did not paint , balcony was really dirt, and they charged me $200 decorating fee.

- Even after this if you want to lease from this place, make sure you avoid working with the residential Manager , because she will rip you off! Try getting the lease done with one of the assistants........

-Can't wait to get the hell Out of this place.

Oh my...I thought I was the only unfortunate one! I moved into a flea infested apartment! When I confronted the manager about it she said that the maintanence supervisor was aware of the problem and treated the apartment once. (If they were aware of the problem, shouldn't they have made every effort to correct the problem before we moved in?) After flea treating the apartment, the resident manager offered a crappy compensation! She said that since our apartment was habitable and we were living in there while all this was going on she thought that our crappy compensation was fair. (Of course we had to stay in this flea infested apartment we were never offer another alternative!) Should I have known what I know now I wish I had taken a better action to this situation. Well, I'm not done with my story. I had asked to extend my move in for one day and the manager had a cow! She made such a big deal of it and when we moved in...the keys weren't even made! We waited 15 minutes for maintanence to fix the door locks! When we inspected the apartment towel bar was breaking off, no screws bolting toilets in two of our bathroom (and still like that), purple, gooey crap on bathroom mirrors, reflector on bathroom mirror coming off (black sections), stains in living room carpet, filthy balcony spider web on ceiling in numerous places, dirty, dirty, closet! There was so many things wrong with this apartment! Don't be fooled with the model units, I fell in love with it too! Be careful, be wise, the aprtment may look good from the outside but beware of the inside. A side from all the crap above I noticed that a lot of the residents don't pick up their dog poop. I've been told that there is quite a few of car break-in's. The dog poop could be picked up by their owner's but the resident manager could also enforce a strict rule on the dog's owner. It's hard to prevent car break-in's and with the amount of break-in's in this community management can have a better type of security to help make residents feel safe. I can go on and on about this place but I'll stop here. My advice to future residents is to be careful, check out the apartment you're actually moving into. I will never extend my stay here at Waterhouse Place, I too can't wait till my lease is up!

I agree with everything in this comment. Waterhouse place is the worst apartment i have ever lived in. They have came in our house numerous times when they were not authorized to. My Garbage disposal has been broke sense we moved in 11 months ago. Nothing ever gets taken care of with matinence. avoid this place at all cost!!
