I have to say that I strongly disagree with most of what the last person had to say.

The one thing that I will agree with is the inconvenience that the exterior paint caused. While the process was a bit unpleasant for us, the end results made it well worth it. The buildings now have a much more updated, modern feel to them.

Because I have lived at Waterhouse Place a a year now, I have had the experience of dealing with everyone in the office, and I have to say that they've always been extremely friendly and helpful. My computer recently crashed, and while I was waiting for my new one to arrive, I was down at the office almost every day utilizing their business center. Even though I was there almost every day, sometime multiple times per day, I never got the feeling that I was a bother. I was always greeted in the same cheerful manner.

I've only had management or maintenance in my apartment a handful of times, and these were for things such as cleaning out my chimney and cleaning out my dryer vent. I was notified well in advance, and did not feel that this process put me out in any way.

When I first moved into my unit a year ago, I relocated from out of state, and had to take my unit sight unseen. This was obviously a bit nerve racking, but all of my insecurities were put at ease as soon as I got here. I found my unit to be extremely clean, it had smelled of fresh paint and new carpet, and even had the refrigerator stocked with soda, water, and a coupon for a free pizza.

I have to say that I've never received that kind of service from any other place I've lived!

Wow! I moved in to peeling paint, stained carpet and no soda, water or a coupon for free pizza in the fridge! That's not fair. I agree with the majority. I would not rerent here!
