The complex may look nice but wait till you get in your apartment. For all you people looking to find an apartment, look further! You will thank god that my review had some effect on your decision. Otherwise you will regret for the rest of your signed contract. This place is horrible!

Let's start with the neighborhood. Many, many car break-ins!!! I don't have a problem with dogs, but I do have a problem with owners who don't pick up there dog poop. They are everywhere here! Be careful you might step on some.

Ok, so let's get to the better stuff...Upon moving in I noticed that the oven and dishwasher was old and rusted. Front door can barely close (you literally need to slam the door to get it to close). Maintanence does half ass work orders. The common solution to every problem is "chaulking." Peeling paint...chaulking applied. Breaking towel bar...chaulking applied. Small hole in closet...you guessed, chaulking applied!

Aside from the leasing office staff this place is horrible! Don't let their friendly smiles and fake personalities fool you. It's their job! Remember they get paid to have us rent. If you are seriously thinking about renting here, think again, thoroughly check out the apartment that you are actually going to be renting and checkout the neighborhood crimes (there's a site for this) before you sign that paper. Believe me or you'll be miserable here too!
