rent too high for apt.

likw people said the walls are paper thin i heard my neighbor peeing the other day... the pge bill is way high because nothing works and is old and just pumps out too much energy... there is a terrible ant problem everywere in the house my deck has such terrible water rot if you lean on it it would probly fall over the windows are single pane so if your bed is by a window you will get a nice cold draft on you like there is an air conditioner. and for all this i pay 922.00 a month.
