I too lived here a while back and am sad to see the lack of positive feedback. My husband and I lived in the largest available apartment, which was unique and extremely spacious, not to mention we got a killer deal that we still haven't been able to match. We never had any maintenance problems although the windows upstairs did get a little moldy, leaving very little options since its unreasonable to leave your windowns open in the winter. The property itself was beautiful as well as the surrounding neighborhood. We never had problems with the parking or office staff either. There were only 2 things I didn't like about this property...one is that the walls are horribly thin, and we just happened to live next to a crazy lady who spent uncounted hours a day yelling and cursing at her poor kids...the second thing is that because of the lay of our apartment, some one else's window looked over our balcony. It was a very akward lack of privacy. But apparently there are only 4 units that have our floorplan, so not too many would be faced with that "issue", if it would be an issue for you. These apartments are RIGHT off a main road, so the problems with the parking lot break'ins are more a circumstance of location than a reflection of the apartments themselves...just my opinion. Over all, very beautiful, nice apartments. I truly wish we had been able to stay longer.
