Overpriced, undermaintained, and the parking...

Seriously, if you get home after 8 p.m. on any night you have to park TWO blocks away. Not even an exaggeration. We had a critter living in our ceiling, scritching and scratching away all night and I would wake up with drywall dust all over me. When whatever it was finally made a hole through the ceiling maintainence eventually showed up to "fix" it. By taping a piece of Duct Tape over the hole! And the kitchen, if you own more than a cup and a bowl, good luck finding anywhere to put them. And good luck putting groceries away, cupboard space simply doesn't exist. You can do better. Easily.

I lived here for four years and the last manager Trisha was the best. The problems still existed but at least she was nice about. All the do is lie, lie, lie now...

2/27/2008-Why did you move in with all your bitchin, you would think you lived in Iraq? For crying out loud, the only thing that turns me off this place is the winey neighbors I may have! Management has no control over the "construction" of the buildings...management didn't stripe the parking spaces...management didn't put a critter in your ceiling... they are there to "MANAGE" what is already exsisting. With a bunch of white trash bitchin all the time, I'm surprised there is even a staff at all. Stick to what you do best, and keep pumping my gas.
