I've lived here at Willow Grove for about 5 years now, and have seen it go through some ups and downs, but it's been pretty stable and 'up' for the last couple of years. I have good neighbors who are quiet, and the office takes care of any problem residents right away. I have had to have a few things in my apartment fixed, but they took care of them within a couple of days, so it wasn't a big deal. I really like that I don't have to worry about crazy and loud obnoxious neighbors, that's been my biggest complaint everywhere else I've lived. Oh, and it's close to pretty much everything I need. Max is just a couple minutes walk away. I can get downtown in 10 minutes if there's no traffic.
