Horrible Place To Live - Think before you sign the lease

I moved in to this apt over a year ago. Since then they increased the price every time my lease expired. Rent is expensive and everything is old. Things started getting worse when a new manager took over a few months ago. She has a problem with forgetting things. Whenever thing breaks, I have to call to the office at least 2 times to get them sent someone out to fix it. So far, every time they break their promise, they never call me to let me know but I have to call out to complain. One complaint after another, now I am total fed up. Stay away from this apartment. I wish there is a rating below 1 star.
