if you value tenant rights, fairness and the law, you will not send your money here.

-my 12 year old son routinely catches the manager Pat staring in his bedroom window
-she lurks outside our apartment waiting to catch him skateboarding
-i got a lease termination notice for putting a political sign up
-i got a lease termination for my cat going outside
-they gossip about landlord tenant business. my son was told by another child (the managers granson) that we were going to get an eviction notice. this is before i have knowledge of it. there is no reason why any child should have knowledge of the personal, private business between landlord and tenant.
-people who have no managerial role whatsover try to involve themselves in these disputes.
-the notices they send out are full of grammar and spelling errors. either they are functionally illiterate or rely so heavily on spell check that they don't even know they are screwing up.
-arbitrary, capricious, unprofessional and ignorant would be my opinion.
i will either move or stay and fight, but i have to wonder what i'm fighting for. is it really worth the effort

Its a good think pat no longer works their!!! they have a new manager her name is Stephanie and she is great!!!
