You'd never know it's a Section 42 property...

Yes there are kids and most of them are under control. The office staff will bend over backwards to help you if you communicate with them, and the maintenance woman does her jobs well and in a timely manner.

The property is kept clean and neat, there is a playground and a pool. The laundry room is even kept clean!

Willow Springs is a good place to live.
