Decent place, but loud at times

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2000
 
The apartment was new and had only a few problems. Staff was great to start, but the quality declined over the years. Ventilation in this apartment was poor so summers were often hot. The windows also faced a busy loud parking lot. Rent increased substantially once.
