I love it. I just moved in and i have had nothing but good things to say. Managment was incredably helpful. They gave me a bonus to moving in. Mantenace takes care of things same day or the next day during the week.
The property is beautifuly landscaped, and they have dog walk areas all over the place with many doggie bags and trash containers for the bags all over the place. i have a largeish breed dog...they had no problem with my doggie.
This place rocks.
parking is plentyful.
To answer the people on rent increase....beaverton rent is going up big time ALL over for some reason. dont know why...but its true.
