Sterling Point 38% Recommended May 14 2008: I have been at Sterling Pointe for just over two years and what is a shame is that it looks like such a nice place. When I outgrew my old apartment and my kids got older, I thought as a Spyglass Hill Apartments 42% Recommended May 14 2008: I like the new management, but look out no breaks on the moving out papers. The rent just was rased,OUCH. Its all ready over priced by about 200 a month. It was 820 a month for a 2 bedroom / 2 Reflections at Summer Creek 29% Recommended May 13 2008: I've lived at Reflections for 2 years now and it has been a pleasant experience. I enjoy having my own attached garage and private entry/walk-up. I also love the wetland setting and my vaulted ceiling in the living room. I Cambridge Crossing 52% Recommended May 12 2008: Don't try to rent for short term lease here, Rent will increase $50 and above for for every renewal(even it is renewal after 6 months). Management charges huge amount after vacating the apartment. Here they are always absorbing full security Cambridge Crossing 52% Recommended May 09 2008: i hv lived here for the past one yr. this is place is very very noisy. management does not do anything about it. also they increase rent once in every 6 months. i would not recommend this place to anyone. |
