Choose a different place to stay! This place has poor weekday management and the grounds maintained are very badly maintained, except for the main entrance. Recently they repainted over the decaying siding leaving toxic debris scattered over the grounds for weeks.

Good for the money! I have lived at Kinnaman Terrace for almost 2 years now and have no problems with the apartments or the management. They re-did windows and exterior work this past year and it has turned out nice. The manager was very helpful and the maintenance staff that repaired my garbage
