In the almost 2 years I have been a resident at Cedar West the Manager stole my BBQ right in front of me, I have been harassed for needing my service animal, I have been served several illegal "right to enter" notices, when served the one legally correct "right to enter" notice no one showed. I have witnessed one mentally disabled lady with children in home go with out hot water for 12 days(hot water heater relief valve had popped). I witnessed the same lady verbally abused (called immature) when she tried to withhold rent to compensate for a high electric bill caused by the hot water issue. The grassy area off my porch is a swamp affecting my mold allergies. We are on the fourth manager in less than two years. Help!!! I am in hell!

I have been there for 10 years and I am desperate to get out and I am in the process of looking for a new place to live. Ever since the Spokane Housing Authority took over the complex, it has been going straight downhill. Sure, the painted the place pretty and put new roof tiles on, but the caliber of people moving in is iffy at best. I suspect there are section 8 people living there. There are a few people there now that make it unpleasent for most... always yelling at each other from their apartments. Are they to lazy to get up and walk next door? I mean really, I don't need to hear all your BS all night... shut up already!
