I've lived at CW for four years now and can only say that location and cleanliness are the highlights for living here. The management doesn't seem to care about their tenants and the turnover is a result. I just signed a year lease and changed my mind a day later. The managers were not flexible in making me happy despite my tenure and perfect rent payments. Now, the managers want me to sign off on a new lease because the previous one that I had signed was done incorrectly therefore they are threatening to take my $250.00 concession if I don't sign the corrected lease agreement. It just goes to show that the property managment company doesn't care about their residents and aren't flexible or able to try to work with those that have been outstanding residents. And, it doesn't matter because before I complain a new team of managers are in place...without record of the things that have been going on around here. Bottom line...nobody cares.
