i lived in cedar west from 2005-2008 and encountered a number of problems...people couldnt seem to park in their numbered spots but then threated me when i in return, parked in their spot..the rent went from 745 to 895 in a period of 3 years with no major renovations or accomodations..yes its a very convienient location, close to costco, safeway, pilot butte the hospital and many other places BUT the rudeness and lack of respect i encountered from management was unacceptable especially when i was paying upwards of 1000 dollars for and apt.....
