The townhomes are new and very nice. It's quiet, and our neighbors were very friendly. The only reason we moved out is because the landlord is horrible. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I've never been treated so terrible by a landlord before, and would not recommend living there unless you can stand putting up with them.

My experience with the managers and from speaking to other neighbors have been extremely professional and friendly, and always available to the tenants.

I dont know if this is the same couple that managed when you lived here but the people who are currently managing the property are wonderful and always there and available anytime day or night.

I lived there for a year, I paid all my dues on time. I'm now getting negative rental reference and cannot find a place to live, because of the current manager. My expereince with all of the neighbors were great.

i have only been here a few months but he management is wonderful and from speaking to my neighbors their feelings are the same so i question if it was the management or perhaps the tenant that was the problem,

Management is very professional, but won't put up with deadbeats or partiers. Grounds are immaculate. Kpm
