It will be 2 years in Feb and i'm hating it more and more. at first they had garbage bins in their designated areas for every buildings convenience. they took those away from us a while ago and now has one BIG compactor thats a mile away. i had to buy a garbage container to put my reg grbge bags in, so about twice a week i haul my container out to the BIG compactor. very frustrating. and these are supposed to be the "nicer" apts! those fenced designated areas where the old grbge containers used to be are just a waste of space now. my parking spot has a pipe that shoots water out, yeah exactly! and for almost 2 yrs now ive had to either park extremely close to the curb or park in the red zone to unload stuff because the water is above my ankles. i learned today there is a drain there but it has been clogged this whole time and they have not fixed it because they said it would cost a million dollars via roto rooter so they said i have to work with them on this situation and pull in backwards which still i'd be in the lake. meanwhile out of convenience for the maintenance man they just bought a new golf cart. new color and looks more powerful. also ppl have parked in my spot which is not the apt complex's fault but i call the maintenance man and one time he did not want to dial the 7 numbers for the tow company. so i did it instead and caused a big commotion and he got an attitude with me and hung up the phone. the next day he got in trouble supposevely, but they must still like him because he is still there and they rewarded him with an upgraded golf cart. cant wait to move out. i dont have time to write anymore but i think you get the picture....i will sign this anonymously but they will know who i am.
