Parking is terrible...most days I can't leave after 5pm or I won t find a spot when I get back. The office staff is less then helpful and seems to care less about your problems. They are more interested in tattling on people and gossiping. On top of that I have heard of people getting charged a great deal of money when you move out for "maintenance". Lots of college kids here but in the summer with windows open the neighbors can be really annoying. Not a good place for kids, talk of drugs goes on outside my windows (people talking about being tweekers and people owing money) everyday and I have seem people sitting in the parking lots drinking....also very annoying and sketchy. My favorite is the maintenance guy who is a total jerk and makes creepy eyes at everyone that walks by. One time our door knob actually fell off....by no fault of our own just fell off, we had to use the dead bolt till it was fixed. It sucks here I can wait to move and give those office ladies a piece of my mind, they are so rude. There also inconsistant and clearly make up rules as they see fit.

I hope this review is no longer true and that the management have taken care of all the issues mentioned.

I was living on the property in 2007 when the above person wrote this review. I do remember a problem with some people partying, drinking, and making too much noise. All I did was call the office and talk to the manager and the people were evicted and the problem solved. I've lived in a lot of apartments in my lifetime and you will always have things go wrong no matter where you live. It's how they take care of the problems that make a difference. I can't remember one time that the manager didn't take care of a problem or concern I had. Sometimes, being patient and nice to people like the office staff will get you what you want more than going in with an attitude or getting mad and yelling or demanding. About the doorknob problem, they did have a problem with the doorknobs. It had to do with the construction company that put them in when they were built a few years ago. To the best of my knowledge, it has been taken care of. We never had a problem with ours. Oh, and when we moved out after 3 years, we received all of our deposits back, even the pet deposit. We did some basic cleaning of the apartment and had the carpets cleaned on the track areas only. (Just the part of the carpet we used). In other words, we left the apartment like we found it. That's all that is required to get deposits back in my view. All in all, a terrific experience and I would definitely recommend these apartments!
