Well i read all teh postings submited before I signed the lease and boy did I f@*k up! Crazy office ladies, an A hole maintenance guy, no pool, and dont forget to pack a lunch when you take out the garbage, its a real treat in the winter. As of now I was told these apartment are only half full and there is a good reason for that.

I lived there for 3 years and never had a problem with maintenance or anyone in the office. They were always kind, caring and willing to bend over backwards to do what needed to be done. There are huge trash compactors located all over the property so there is always one not too far away from each building. I think the apartments' being half full is an exaggeration. We're in a recession and right now people all over the country are staying put and not moving around very much. That's why most apartments are offering specials to help people with moving costs, etc. You do realize that Bend has one of the highest unemployment rates in the country at this time, right? Quit complaining about not having a pool and try walking up the butte, which is right out your back door. It's a great walk, the air is cool at the top and you can't beat the view and scenery!!
