I have had no problems. I love being so close to Pilot Butte. I never hear my neighbors the apartment seems to be insulated good. My electric bill is less here than my previous apartment. The office staff are great and helpful. We have pizza parties a few times a year that is always fun. The fitness room is never overflowing with people. I enjoy being so close to so much shopping and this apartment is close to many businesses like banks, Cosco, Safeway, Subway, and Mc Donalds.Some complaints are: lots of kids live here but there is not a good area for them to play around, and there is no park; there is no pool; and access to the complex is a little difficult from the highway. Also the grounds keepers use there lawn and garden equipment which is loud very often, but we have good looking landscape. I would recommend this apartment especially to someone who loves to hike up Pilot Butte.
