The staff have always been friendly to us, they take meticulous care of the grounds, they gave us a whole month rent free when we signed our lease, when we had a wingnut downstairs they took care of it for us. They fix everything promptly. we live here now and the view is nice--everything is kept like new. its still an apartment but as apartments go, its pretty darn good!
