This has been one of the nicest apartments I've had. I just signed a new lease. The buildings are in generally good repair. There is assigned parking and I've never had a problem of others parking in my space. Not once. There's a nice creek that runs through the property and my apartment has a deck overlooking it. My few repair requests have been handled quickly and were well done. The complex has some children and pets but I have not really had any problem with noise. I'm not sure, but I think someone siphoned some gas out of my car once. So there does seem to be some vandalism against cars going on here, as noted by another person. My only wish is that the apartments had air conditioning. I'm new to Portland and I'm still shocked that so many builders do not automatically include it. Very strange. Otherwise, I'm quite happy here.

Portland does not have enough hot days for air conditioning to pay for itself. I understand why they don't have it installed. It rains more here than it shines.

There are enough hot days here for me to want air conditioning. More than enough.
