I would just like to say that the new management.....Sheila, Carolynn ('), and the new maintenance woman (blonde) are all horrible. We lived here when the other management was here and we had absolutely no problems. Since this new management has joined in with all their "charm" it has been nothing but miscommunication or rather lack there of, no returned phone calls after repeated messages have been left, maintenance is slow to respond and has to come in 3 or 4 times to fix the same problems becasue they do a half-assed job the first and second time around. Due to the economy we had to sign another year lease, but as soon as this one is up we are taking the first train out of Creekside. Neighbors are wonderful......management blows hard.

My husband and I are pending applications to this complex. During the walk through, I had a feeling that the management was not so easy to work with. I don't recall the name of the woman that took us on the tour, but she was rather clingy. I really did not appreciate the way she handled business. When I came back to get the applications she hovered over me when I was getting a drink from the water cooler with my 2 year old like we were going to pick it up and take the thing with us! Then, as we were leaving, we apparently didn't leave soon enough, because she came out and asked if we needed anything. I'm not the type to drag a child out the door, so as I was working with my 2 year old to get outside, I guess she had to make sure we weren't going to take any clubhouse property with us. I just found it creepy and annoying. But as I said, we are pending applications because it is actually more awful at Heatherwood in Gresham.

Im thinking this may have been Carolyn or Caroline.....when I go in there she addresses me as "honey" or "sweetie", which really aggrivates me. I'm not 10 years old, I am an adult inquiring about adult things. Do not treat me like a child, treat me with the respect I deserve as one of your loyal and honest tenants. Business isn't exactly handled at this place...... the morning they were painting the parking lots they were banging on the door at 9am demanding that we move our vehicles or they will be towed at our expense. Now we had a flyer about this taped to our door, but our building was not listed under the buildings whos parking structures were being painted or cleaned or whatever. I opened the door and was not greeted with a "hey good morning... can I ask you to please move your car, we are going to start painting over here" It was more like " you guys need to move your vehicles or they will be towed immediately" Tell me how professional that is. And this was the maintenance staff. Do I want these people coming into my house, when we aren't there, to make repairs....not likely. Same way they don't want us to come parading in their office and actually making them turn on a computer or seal an envelope. And heaven forbid we ask them to return a ****ing phone call.

I agree with this review. I lived there while the old managment was there...and everything went downhill with the management. I left Creekside in April...thank god. They treat everyone really badily and are very unprofessional, especially Sheila. Very very rude. A lot of residents feel this way as well.

I live here also and since carolyn has left I think that the staff all works really well together and hard. I get phone calls after a work order has been completed and also if I have a package. No one has been rude to me and I Love it here. I have been here since Feb and the grounds are beautiful. We had an appreciation party and it was a lot of fun especially the water balloon toss that ended up into a water ballon fight and we all got wet and everyone was having a great time. Good food too.

I moved in when there was a super cool girl doing the leasing (I think her name was Ariel - loved her!) but then this crazy psycho named Sheila took over. I can't stand her. I agree wholeheartedly with this review!!
