i can't believe the uneducated staff you have at the creekside projects
they really should have told my mother that these are the projects, before moving in.. i almost lost my mother because she had no air conditioner for the month of june. today they fixed it.
they gave her a 5000 unit to cool off a two bed room apt. her 67th birth was july 7. when the family came to celebrate, it was so hot every one left. we called and complained over and over. your staff was so uneducated, and treated me so mean, who should pay the bill. i will post after i talk to a lawyer
ps she is only one of the few americans living there.

Wouldn't that be the residents responsiblity for providing an air conditioner?

Its not there responsibility to provide an Air conditoner, even so a 5000 btu air cont. will kick out enough to cool a 150 sq.ft. room, YOU neglected your mom. Also there ARE several Family of cultural decent in that complex, however if you dont like them move to mississipi where people like you fit. And Take Care of you MOM.
