I would never recommend living here to anyone. First off, the office staff are extremely lazy. The office is always closed, and if you happen to see it open, they can't help you at that moment. The apartments are way overpriced! We are paying 50$ extra for a "view" which is an overgrown tree and for being on the 3rd level. Never have I been charged because of the level. We haven't even finished our lease and we have had to had the washing machine replaced (turned my clothes/towels black) and the refrigerator replaced (kept blowing the circuits and food would go bad). Never once did they offer any compensation for the inconvenience. They replaced with other used items from other apartments. Since we have moved in, in May 2008, there has been constant construction. Beginning at 7am, 7 days a week, there is a constant banging ringing through your apartment. Also the construction crew does whatever they please. From parking in your designated spot to just parking in the middle of the road so you can't leave. When brought to the staffs attention they weren't very concerned. I was told that it would take 48hrs to tow the vehicle from my spot. That is the most ridiculous and lazy response I have ever heard. The apartments are falling apart and not maintained at all. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. Hopefully you find a more suitable residence. As soon as our lease is up, we are gone!
