I have had no managerial problems here. My only concern is inconsiderate neighbors who insist on slamming their doors all day and all night--and stomping up and down in the stairwells. Other than that, this is a perfect place for me. I have heard that some do not like living in the apartments by the railroad tracks because of the train noise. I hear it too but not to the point that it bothers me.
