Crown Court is a moderately expensive place to live around the Portland, OR area. While you are close to attractions like Clackamas Town Center and some museums as well as Interstate 205 you're also living in what appears to be low income housing.

I've been living here since June of 2001 and at first it was a little too trashy for me, now it really is. I used to crack jokes to my friends on the phone about the "nightly gun shots" from some anonymous suburban hunter...or whatever. My suggestion if you have a car that you care to lock is...make sure you do. Lately cars in the non-resident parking lot in the south entrance where I live are being broken into, one after another at about 7:00 p.m. That's a testament to the people you live around, apparently don't care if it's barely dark.

Now let's talk about phone lines and the never going to happen Internet connection. If you're like me at all and you'd care to check you're email or get online more than 5 minutes a day...good luck. There is a radio station that broadcasts all day and interferes with the phone lines that run throughout all of Southeast 97th not just Crown Court. If this is a big concern look somewhere else.

I could go on and on about the list of lame features...no Internet, A/C, Extra parking (nevermind waking up to random people climbing up your back balcony...serious...but that's just my experience).

I can't say it's all bad living here it is somewhat safer than Downtown portland or 82nd ave which you are close to, the management is fast when it comes to repairs, but, you still pay more than you should.

I like your response lived there in 97 to 99 and I have to say other then the High radio towers west of you (pilot) that sounds write I lived there when internet was just getting out so that wasn't a issue.
