Ugh. The apartments are decent looking on the outside, but there are serious condensation issues inside. The window sills pool up with water and it pours onto the floor. There is constantly mold in the windows, behind the toilets, and even in the sliding glass door. According to maintenance and the management that's all "normal" for this area...funny, 14 years in different apartments here and I've never had this problem before.

They say to wipe the water out of the window sils daily and crack all the windows in the house for 30 minutes each day to allow "proper ventilation". HELLO' I don't see THEM volunteering to pay my heating bill this winter.

Basically, it's NOT normal for this area. These apartments don't have proper ventilation in them, and it's GROSS. I wouldn't have moved here if I knew mold was this much of an issue.
