Crown Court

I lived at Crown Court from 8/06-7/07.

I read some reviews before moving in and was a little worried, but it was not bad.

Pros:
- Our 2 BR, 2 BA was $750, with washer and dryer in unit
- Parked my car in the carport, roommate parked her car in an open space, we never had a problem with vandalism or break-ins
- Maintenance was quick to respond to problems
- Pool, fitness center, hot tub
- Good location, close to the mall, 205, 82nd, and several grocery stores

Cons:
- Upon move-out, management sprung additional fees on us that were not disclosed during move-in, totaled around $200
- Had following maintenance issues - laundry room door came off track, toilet seat broke, oven element stopped working, leak in ceiling from neighbors.

As mentioned before, maintenance was quick to fix all problems, including a 2am call about the leaking ceiling
- On hot days, heat gets trapped in the apartment due to no air conditioning, we had to use fans and leave windows/doors open for circulation
- Some sketchy people living in apartments around us, I once found an open switchblade on the ground while walking to the office
- Neighbors were somewhat loud, especially the ones above us, it was always a baby crying, dog barking, loud stomping (someone doing an exercise video'), and other noises
