Unresponsive management has turned this complex into a concentration camp. My landlord entered my apartment with no notice; took 28 days to fix my washer, and the construction going on around this complex is a NIGHTMARE!
Construction started in November, and the place is still incomplete and a total mess. Construction workers replaced my patio (due to dry rot) and left it unpainted with nails poking up out of the wood.

At 3.am my neighboors like to light illegal fireworks. On a totally unrelated incident, one evening around 11 pm, someone started a fire and within minutes 3 fire trucks arrived.

The pool is beautiful, with the exception of the screaming children peeing in it. I dont swim in your toilet, please dont pee in my pool.

"The constant noise of sledge hammering, sawing, pounding, and tractors make it impossible to relax during the day.
Throw in the night time partying, bottles smashing, hooping and hollering and the constant sound of car alarms going off, and you have terrible noise and distractions going on 24 hrs a day"-
