Sad to say I have only lived her for 4 months and so much crap, disrespect and overall a dissapointment... Here I thought living on Beautiful MT. Talbert back up against acres of trail to hike through would be awesome. But here the 411 -- On the day we moved in the Leasing agent has booked 3 moves, 1 move out appointment all at the SAME time. She was also 30 mins late with a Starbucks coffee fresh in hand, hum...A little late to back out due to the moving truck filled with our items. Next the Exterior of the apts were suppost to be pressure washed tooks 4 request thru the office and finally had to call the managemnet company Cambridge Reality (what a joke)TWICE, to have them implement it. Had a toliet issue which when they came to repair it when I was at work, they decided to kindly invite themselves into our 2nd bedroom (lurking around). Complained re; issus and nothing was done- not even an apoligy... Then recently our mailbox was broken too, finally after calling & demanding a new lock be placed on I finally received victory. 2 months left of this Hell Hole and next stop a CONDO! -- I have more issues but it's just too exhausting to speak of them. Gym equip sucks-so old, never replace cups for the H2O, music is so low you can't hear yourself workout. Parking is tight. Leasing agents are idoits! I've never in my life had as much trouble/hassels as this. Please I beg you, DON'T CHOOSE SQUIRE'S COURT!!!!!

We have just renewed our lease here at Squires Court and we LOVE our apartment. For the record, the mountain behind the apartments is Mount Scott and the scenery is breathtaking! There is nothing finer than looking out your patio door to find deer a few feet away.
We've found these apartments well maintained and have received prompt, courteous service from the office staff, as well as repairmen and the groundskeepers. We have absolutely enjoyed living here since last May and are looking forward to continuing our residency. I'm shocked at this previoue review. I completely disagree.

mt.scott is the other mountain over. the one behind you is infact mt. talbert. there's a huge sign right next to the complex that says mt. talbert nature park.
