This complex seemed so promising when I moved in. I asked for quiet, light and security. I received neighbors above me with small children that stomped (when I complained I was told that the family couldn't be troubling me because they were so nice), I could hear my neighbors peeing from my apartment due to incredibly poor insulation/noise insulation.
My rent was to include one parking spot, which often had other cars parked in it when I arrived home.
I had one maintenance problem after another, including (but not limited to) leaking appliances, electrical outlets that wouldn't hold a plug, and a leak from my shower that ran through the neighbor below's light fixtures.
After a total of 13 months, multiple problems and a seemingly uncaring management staff, I moved out. I called repeatedly to schedule a moveout appointment but was not given one. What I did receive was an exceptionally large bill for damages to the unit, which I believe I improved over the course of the year.

The pool is SEASONAL even though they don't tell you that at move-in, the exercise room had broken equipment for an entire year, and the well-maintained grounds are also covered in dog poop.
