About a year ago, I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. (Well, I would, but only because it was so horrible of a punishment.) Since my lease wasn't up for another 9 months, I stuck around rather than buying out the lease. After about 4 months, things started to change. They started towing cars that had been around for months on end and that had plant debris piled up around the tires or were missing some tires all together, they cleaned up the lawns, got a better maintainence staff that are now addressing and fixing the majority of problems, and they're cleaning the complex up. I stayed for another lease period because nothing in the area is cheaper, other than a few places that didn't have a few of the essential requirements that I needed. If I hadn't already decided to move to the other side of town for another job, I would probably stay a third lease period assuming things keep going the way they are. The only complaints that I currently have is that the general area is not that safe, the lighting needs to be improved a little, and you can count on at least once having your gas siphoned or your car broken into if your not in your assigned spot all the time, but that is a problem of this area whether it be up or down the street or here. Parking is better now, and they are keeping tabs on the vehicles that don't move, but parking is still not the best. I would have to say that the problem resides in not enough spaces initially planned out, and little possibility of changes to be made due to the layout. Additionally, when the dumpster area gets piled up, it sometimes takes a couple days for it to get cleaned up, but it is rare that it doesn't get cleaned up the next morning and it happens at every place so it's no big deal. We also currently have 2 maintainence issues that are reoccuring (both of which require a complete replacement of a very set and permanent fixture mostly due to the neglect that the place suffered before the change in how things were handled, and are thus understandable why it is not getting replaced soon, and both of which are minor anyway.)

My last review is on here was on 04/03/07, titled "I wish we knew before...."

Currently, I would recommend this complex based on the fair price, considering the area, and what it has turned into since my last review.

i have lived here for about 8 months now, the apartments are nice but the office staff are no help when you need them! if we complain they do nothing about it, they pick and choose who has to follow the rules and who dosent! my neighbor has potted plant(which your not allowed to have potted plant) and i had rocking chairs out on my coverd porch and they made me get rid of it all while my neighbor got to keep his potted plants, i think that they are unfair on rules of the apartment and they should take care of complaints from the residents!
