First of all, most of the negative reviews here have something to do with the quality of the neighbors or someone who had a bad experience getting their car broken into. I challenge these people to go out and find a cheaper $600/mo apt and then complain about the neighbors and crime at Squires Court. I've never seen the cops here ever. My friends apartment down off 82nd has a cop there every 5 minutes. Yeah, kids make noise but unless you live in a retirement community, deal with it. We've lived here for over a year and a half and It's the best apartment we've ever had. We have a wonderful view from our 3rd floor deck. The only bad thing I have to say about this complex is the parking. Unless you've only got 1 car, and no friends, you're screwed. There is never any free parking besides your assigned space, and you end up parking out on the street or way far away. In the time we've lived here, someone only parked in our space once or twice which was no big deal.

Edit: We moved out after 2 years because we bought our first house, otherwise we would have been happy to stay. Upon moving out we got nearly our entire deposit back, less about 70 bucks for cleaning which is more than reasonable.
