Sometimes things are good but most of the time they are confusing and bad. There is never enough room in the dumpster or compactor for garbage and management changes ever 6 months or so. Maintenance orders are lost or thrown away or God knows what because they never get done and then they tell you it was because there was no request put in. My suggestion if you need a place that is inefficient but cheap this is the place for you and make sure EVERYTHING you do her is in WRITING leave nothing to chance no matter how nicely they talk to you it will bite in the end.
