I'm not sure who the idiots are who wrote on here before me are but this community is so good that the complex must have pissed off the riff raff when they kicked them out. That is just one of the reasons I love living here. I have been in my apartment for four years now with little to no problems. I have a quite apartment on the backside of the complex. I don't have to look at a parking lot or my neighbors porch or hear the freeway. I get to have a view of the forest and hear birds. When I do have a complaint I call the office and it is taken care of in a timely manner which is more than I can say about most of the complexes this size around here. My friend lives in the complex next door (queens court) and has had nothing but problems including sewage issues! In the last year alone we have received a fresh coat of paint, new fitness equipment and pool furniture. I hear the parking lot is being resurfaced soon since the numbers are fading. Plus you get your carpets shampooed when you sign another lease.

I signed another lease and didn't get my carpet cleaned.... I got a $1,000 bill though.... I think you have been very lucky - this was the worst rental experience I have ever had.

Jenkovy is not the only one dissatisfied, nor are those idiot riff raffs that must have been pissed off when they got kicked out. We just moved in, our door doesn't latch, theres holes in the wall when we moved in, a big crack that runs across the ceiling, the toilet runs 24/7, two of our electric sockets don't work at all, and we live next to the play area so it's noisy and we expected it, but it's 3AM right now, and some kids just went running and stomping down the walkway next to our wall yelling up a storm. Thats not kosher. Thus why I'm up wasting time on the net. I can't wait for the lease to be up.

I think the person that refers to the people that have had bad experiences as Idiots..... may have been paid off?? or on the management team. I lived at squiers court back in 05..and it was a horrible experience! The management bragged about the nice park like setting and trails( and it must have been a good day when I went to tour the property) but upon moving in after being pushed back not once but twice for move in dates I walked the property and found it to be alright, but when I went to the pool and to the park trails on several occasions came across dog poop and condoms.and garbage in general lying around! I also could not get a good nights sleep for at least 3 of the 6 months i managed to live there. You can hear the people in the next apartments fighting ..having a party or sex! Which is rather embarrassing when you have company over yourself, or your kids at home. Anyway, had problems with getting things fixed as well and mold. ~EWH!

So far it seems the general opinion is it's either tolerable or it's outright horrible! I'm going to go with the latter, as I posted in my review I lived here twice, and only came back because I'd hoped on getting a good deal (which I didn't!) on a six month lease, and both times it was just a constant nightmare. I'd have to say that I'm severely disappointed in the staff, first off, and more so at just the general situation of the place! I love the location, nice forested area you can go up and walk around in, if you don't mind the pot heads (loads of them at night), the garbage bags thrown everywhere, and piles of dog crap all over the place (including the parking lot and on a few occasions the stairs. Who let's their dog crap on the stairs?!) No, I think you're sadly mistaken, M(r)s. WalkingWoman. Maybe you lucked out and got good service, maybe you were paid off as the other folks said, or hell maybe you were sleeping with the manager or something, I don't know! All I know is that Squires Court, for most of the people who live there, was an atrocious living area!
