This was by far the worst rental experience I have EVER had. You would not believe how horrible this place is. The rudest and most uneducated staff I have ever dealt with! Multiple maintenance requests went unanswered over and over. The grounds were covered in pet feces, people parked in your spot all the time (I went to the office one day and the gal told me to put an orange warning sticker on the car-she handed it to me and told me to go do it) you could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the apartments next to you, underneath you, and above you. And by everything, I mean everything. Good luck getting the staff to talk to noisy neighbors. And then if all this wasn't enough (1/2 of which I haven't even included bc this place doesn't even deserve my time for me to write a horrible review about it) when we moved out they said that I owed rent that I hadn't paid. I had to send proof that wasn't accurat and I had actually overpaid them! Also-they took my entire deposit after I had only lived there for a little over a year. I am thankful that this was the last place I will ever rent and that I have my own house and will never have to deal with apartments like Squire's Court again.
