Years at this apartment: 2003-01-01 - 2006-01-01
We lived here for three years, when we moved out we recived an invoice for charges spot cleaning wall touch up all the normal stuff. They tried to say we never made a deposit, I imediatly disputed this so what did they do... sent me to collections. I got copies of everything rental argreements from all three leases copies of our deposit check and pet deposit and send them certified mail so I know they recived them. Still nothing from them, the collection company they sent me to reviewed everything and even said I owed nothing more to them, they stopped collections but squires crt was not willing to pay the money they owed me. I ended up having to file a law suit against them to get what was owed to me... We moved because the apartments were getting horrible, my car was broken into there and everything was stolen out of it, the siding was molding on the buildings, mold was starting to get on the windows, the week we gave out 30 day notice someone decided to do graffiti around the complex. Not the kind of place I want to live.
