Run! Dont walk, is going down hill fast

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2009
 
Was a decent place when we moved in. Maintenance staff has changed since we moved in, is now filthy at best and seems to go down hill steadily. Management applies rules to only those that they think might comply! Free for all! To all others,Please note acceptance of known fire hazards.
