VERY NICE LAYOUT OF THE TWO BED ONE BATH. nice grounds. i?ve heard nice mangement after i got the old staff fired. The old management(dumb as board woman), decided one day to give me an eviction. they stated no reason on the notice. i went to them figuring it was a mistake. she said, "we just don?t want you here any more." i got almost all my deposit back, but that wasn?t the end. for three months i was back and forth with the Mangement company. they stated they had no knowledge of my problem and to their knowledge i was still living there. after getting my new apartment at EASTON RIDGE(read my review of that place) i was told that my referance from SUNNYSIDE PLACE WAS PERFECT. I LEFT ON MY OWN ACCORD AND WAS A PERFECT RESIDENT WITH NO COMPLAINTS OR DISPUTES. we had parties every weekend sometimes fri and sat. cops were there every weekend. (granted my uncle is a cop with them so we got the normal speech but never an MIP). NO COMPLAINTS WOWOW. some one was hushed. well found out a few weeks later that all the management and staff was up and fired one day out of the blue. it was great. now that place is very cool place to live.



living room is kinda small. My suggestion is make the dining room into a family room. i did and it was amazing. THE KITCHENS ARE THE BEST I"VE SEEN. WRAP-AROUND WITH AMAZING COUNTERSPACE AND 23 CABINETS AND 16 drawers (something like that). ITS A COOKS DREAM. The bathroom has a door sectioning off the toilet and shower. and the w/d room is very quiet. its a litte tricky moving in with the z shaped entry way(better just try the balcony). nice closet space and room size. good sized balcony some with view of a little creek that has been re landscaped.



VERY CLOSE TO SHOPPING. you can do just about everything right next door(safeway, rite-aid, starbucks(2), blockbuster, gas, pizza, medical & dental offices, sharis resturant, key bank, wells fargo, washington mutual, mikey finns brew pub, baskin robbins, postal annex, massage/hair, big town hero and thats just on 122nd and sunnyside(right outside your door). 142nd and sunnyside has hollywood video, mcdonalds, albertsons. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
