I've lived here for the past three years and have enjoyed my stay with the community. I don't have many complaints or concerns, but when I do, I get a positive response from Managament.
I enjoy the community because it is settled where most people have lived for a number of years. People are happy with the status quo and they are not open for change. The grounds have improved a lot in the past few months, people are respecting their neighbors because policies are being enforced. There is no crime in the community and it is close to everything that I need.
Earlier this year, I complained about the pool & spa area and the Management staff leaped into action to remedy the problem. I appreciate the responsiveness that I have always received from Guardian's staff.
I am not very happy about the rent increase and soon won't be able to afford to live here if it keeps going up, but I have enjoyed my stay and will encourage anyone who wants to live in a community focused on getting better, this is the place to live.
