All of these other reviews were written more than 2 years ago. Apparently a lot has changed because I have been here for over a year and it is great. The grounds are beautiful; management is attentive and caring; maintenance is very quick when needed. Sure you can hear your neighbors at times, but it is an apartment and is very standard, not over the top. I rarely see the police, but again, this is an apartment complex and that is not out of the norm. Yes, I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to live in the Clackamas area!
