I agree that things seem to have changed since 2003 and before. My family has only lived here a few months and we are very pleased. Nothing is perfect, but they seem to try very hard here. Everyone also needs to remember that apartment complexes (all of them) are very different from living in a house. Yes you will hear your neighbors at times and yes you will see more police activity. Find me an apartment complex without these issues. Anytime a large number of people live in a small area, issues will arise. IT IS CALLED APARTMENT LIVING. We plan to renew our lease when it is up and will probably stay here until we can afford to buy a house. This is such a great location and neighborhood, we would be crazy to move!
