I live at Sunnyside Village and I am very happy to say that management is making some much needed improvements. Right now we are getting a new paint job and so far it looks great. My family moved hear in 2002 and things are better now then they have ever been. Managment is so nice and friendly. The maintenance guys are so good about fixing things right away and they are always making sure the grounds look good. I recommned this complex to anyone. Right now they don't even have any apartments to rent because the place is full!
